Transportation of oversize and heavy cargoes is one of the most difficult kind of cargo transportation. It reqires special knowledge and engineering capabilities. Our company with an over-5-year-experience on freight market and our specialists who work more than 10 years in this branch have gained a wealth of experience in such services and that means that transportation of oversized cargoes will be carried out in a quality manner, quickly and safe. The quality of transportation of such cargoes is also supported by the necessary technical equipment (special machines), competence of the whole stuff starting from manager receiving your request to the engineer developing the most suitable route plan and determining the type of vehicle as well as our established partnerships with many carriage participants including foreign partners.

We carry out transportation of oversize cargoes using trucking, railroad and air transportation as well as multimodal shipments (with various modes of transport).

Our special truck park for transportation of oversize and heavy cargoes:

lowloaders – equipped with gangway, GPS-navigation, rotating beacons, attachment chains. Minimum height 0,4m, cargo capacity up to 80 tones;
open platform trucks for transportation of oversize cargoes;
container trucks with cargo capacity up to 32 tones (for transportation of flat rack and open top containers);
megatrailers – equipped with collapsible gangway, all kinds of loadings;
truck crane with 25 tones capacity.

Elaboration of transportation route with onsite support (evaluation of transport infrastructure, possible bypass routes);
Preparation of transportation project with transportation route, mode of transport, transportation costs as well as costs of improvement of transport infrastructure if necessary (bridge reinforcement, redirection of power lines, relocation of semaphores etc.);
Onsite support for assessment of cargo, its measurement and weighing;
Development and manufacturing (if necessary) of fasteners, determination of cargo disposition in compliance with its weight and volume;
Coordination of transportation route and disposition and fastening plan with the department of oversize cargoes of Russian Railways and railways of the CIS; Execution of bill of sufferance, organization of road police escort;
Convoy of cargoes;
Immediate cargo transportation to the warehouse in a chosen city;
Customs clearance, including preparation of all the necessary documents;
Warehousing. In general case warehousing includes packing, marking and lifting work. Conformance inspection with shipping documents, ship surveyor services;
